Below you can find the average rental prices for both one-bedroom and two-bedroom dwellings across southern Ontario. As you can see, Toronto unsurprisingly tops the list for another month, with Hamilton being the cheapest out of the 14 regions reported.

Solace Solutions highlighted investment area of the month of June is Guelph, which has shown promising growth over the past year with a greater than 13% rent increase for single and two-bedroom dwellings since June 2020. Property value has also seen tremendous increasing numbers over the past year, with single family home prices increasing 26.1% to$761,000, townhouse prices increasing 29.4% to $546,000, as well as apartment condo prices increasing 20.9% to $418,200.
